The meeting room was reasonably priced within our budget, the seats comfortable, the location easily accessible to our attendees (some of whom came from out of town). Our international speakers were very pleased with everything. Aruna and Emma made it very easy to just sign the rental agreement, pick up the keys and drop off the set-up instructions. The room was very affordable compared to local hotels that not only charged more but were very concerned about traffic and noise.
